Job Overview

Sky View Development is seeking an experienced Business Sales Development Manager to drive sales performance, build strategic relationships, and accelerate revenue growth across our residential and mixed-use developments in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring proven developer-side sales experience, deep market knowledge of Dubai real estate, and a strong network of brokers, investors, and channel partners.

This role is critical in bridging product, sales strategy, and market execution while ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Sky View Development projects to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, investor segments, and sales channels locally and internationally.
  • Lead go-to-market planning for new project launches, soft launches, and inventory releases.

Developer Sales Operations

  • Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead conversion, booking, documentation, and handover coordination.
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams on campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and property expos.
  • Monitor pricing, payment plans, and competitive offerings to ensure market relevance.

Channel Partner & Broker Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokerages across Dubai and key international markets.
  • Conduct broker trainings, product briefings, and sales enablement sessions.
  • Track broker performance and optimize channel productivity.

Client & Investor Management

  • Handle high-value clients, HNWIs, and investors with a consultative sales approach.
  • Present projects, ROI projections, and investment rationales professionally and persuasively.
  • Support Golden Visa–linked sales opportunities in coordination with internal teams.

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and sales data integrity.
  • Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in real estate sales or business development, with mandatory developer-side experience in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of Dubai real estate regulations, escrow, DLD processes, and off-plan sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets for residential or mixed-use developments.
  • Established broker and investor network in Dubai real estate market.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong command of CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
